For example, before training sessions or matches, we do a lot of taping and activation exercises as well as injury prevention," describes the practitioner. And after training sessions and matches, it's the treatment of injuries, more or less significant, that takes over. "We play six matches in 12 days. This means that the load is very high, and we have to treat all the main players every day to keep them performing well on the pitch," he adds.

Winback: the key to express recovery
